Return Eligibility:

Partial Refunds:

In certain circumstances, we may issue a partial refund rather than a full one. For example, this may happen when:

  • You return items with visible signs of use

  • The package has been opened or appears tampered with

  • The item is damaged, has missing parts, or no longer meets original condition standards (unless we caused the issue)

  • You send the item back after the 30-day return window has passed

As a result, we handle each of these cases individually to maintain a fair, honest, and transparent DMT order refund process.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, our team promptly begins an inspection. Shortly after, you’ll receive an email from us confirming the return. This message will also inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If everything checks out, we will:

  • Immediately process your refund

  • Apply the credit to your original payment method

  • Notify you again once the transaction is complete

  1. First, check your bank account again carefully

  2. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take a few days before the refund officially posts

  3. Then, speak with your bank, since delays in internal processing are common
